Add new command 'eat-compile-terminfo'
* eat.el (eat-compile-terminfo): New command.
* eat.texi (Hello Terminal): Refer to 'Common Problems'.
* eat.texi (Common Problems): Add instructions to compile
Terminfo databases with 'eat-compile-terminfo'.
