Fix middle-click yanking commands

* eat.el (eat-mouse-yank-primary): Switch to the window where
the event was initiated.
* eat.el (eat-mouse-yank-secondary): Switch to the window where
the event was initiated.  Ensure that the secondary selection
is non-empty before sending it.
